OriumAI provides software tools that enable users to:

  • Generate FCRA-compliant credit dispute letters
  • Access templates and formatting tools
  • Manage document generation workflows
  • Access certified mail fulfillment services

We do not provide credit repair services, legal advice, or guarantees about credit score improvements.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use OriumAI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and truthful information

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

By using OriumAI, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
  • You will use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • You understand this is software only - no legal or credit repair services are provided
  • Any letters generated are your own correspondence when sent
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. No Legal or Credit Repair Services

  • Provide legal advice or representation
  • Guarantee credit score improvements
  • Act as your agent with credit bureaus
  • Provide financial or credit counseling
  • Make promises about dispute outcomes

5. Mailing Services

Our certified mail service is a fulfillment service only:

  • Letters are sent with your name and address as the sender
  • OriumAI is not the sender of your correspondence
  • No guarantees are made about delivery or outcomes
  • You authorize mailing as your own correspondence

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription and service fees are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with notice
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Disclaimers

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ORIUMAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Fail to pay for services when due
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@oriumai.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
