How does certified mail pricing work?
Certified mail is priced per letter sent. Your subscription includes letter generation - the mail price is only charged when you choose to send letters via USPS Certified Mail with tracking. Higher tier plans get discounted mail pricing as a thank you for your commitment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and the difference will be prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What's included in "unlimited" letters?
Unlimited means no monthly cap on dispute letter generation. You can create as many dispute letters as you need for all three credit bureaus. Fair use policy applies to prevent abuse.
How does client billing work on Agency plan?
With the Agency plan, you can set your own prices and bill clients directly through Stripe Connect. You keep the difference between what you charge and what you pay us. For example, if you charge a client $149/month and pay us $197/month for unlimited clients, you profit from scale.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged. Starter and Agency plans are charged immediately upon signup.
